Social selling has been revamped!
We understand that collecting orders from your customers through social networks used to be a hassle with a lot of manual work, excel sheets and other collection forms.
With ShipBlu's Magic Link this is now history.
On the left side of your portal, you'll find "Magic Links"
Once you're inside, it should look like this.
First step is to create the link.
Then you choose the maximum usage for this link, This is the number of customers that will use the link to fill their details.
Then you choose the expiry date for the link, this is to prevent customers from using the link over and over again without you knowing.
After that, you choose a description for the link, You can name the link by the platform you're creating it for or even by the customer name if it is for a specific customer.
Then to control whether this link is active for customers you share with or inactive, we added you a button to enable or disable the link itself.

Et voilà, this is how it should look for your customer.
Your customer then fills his Name, Number and Address then the order reflects to your ShipBlu portal.
Wait is that it? how will you know the amount then?
Orders then are sent to page Incoming Orders in section Magic.
You will need to edit the following.
- Order COD
- Order package size (the flyer size)
- Order SLA ( Delivery Speed)
- Package is allowed to open or not
And how do i edit them?
Select the orders, then click on Actions in the top right corner, then select the action you need.
Ps: all selected orders receive the same input.

4- Package is allowed to be opened? by clicking on the "Open The Package" button all the marked packages will be marked "Allowed to open"
That's it? yes that's it, now you need to go to your delivery orders page and request pickup for these orders
